Jim worked at Rare, the games studio which produces Sea of Thieves, an online multiplayer game. Losing Jim was the inspiration for the Sea of Thieves 'Legend of Glitterbeard'. Click on the link to read the real-life inspiration behind a heartfelt addition to the game.
